WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE EXCEPTIONAL CLEANING?

At Exceptional Cleaning, we personalize each service to meet our client's needs. We offer a wide range of cleaning services on a reoccurring or one-time basis that will keep your home and you comfortable and organized. We're very passionate about what we do so you will have the assurance that your home is in good hands. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for what we do for your protection and ours. Upon joining our team each cleaning professional undergoes an extensive background check and training to make sure you have a worry-free experience every time.

DO YOU GIVE FREE IN HOME ESTIM​ATES?

Yes! If you are thinking about having your home cleaned let us give you a hand. We would love to meet with you and do a walkthrough of your home to see what it is you need. During your consultation, we will tell you about us, what we do, and will take any special requests you may have for your cleaning. After your consultation, you will be sent a cleaning proposal with full details of your home along with your chosen frequency, pricing and proposed start date.

WILL I HAVE TO PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT?

Not at all! We come fully prepared for every job we do and supply everything that is needed to maintain your home from the vacuums we use down to the rags. You won't have to lift a finger; except to write us a check. If there's a product you love using that we do not carry you're welcome to leave it out for us.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN YOU CLEAN MY HOUSE?​

It's totally up to you. It is important that we gain ready access to your home the day of your service so please make the appropriate arrangements. Many of our clients prefer to give us a key. Others leave a key in a safe place or provide their garage/alarm code to their home. We would have no problem cleaning for you and locking up when we're done.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY HOME FOR CLEANING?

Preparation is key to enjoying the full benefit of our service. The less time we spend straightening up for you the more time we can have to focus on cleaning your home with detail. All you have to do is tidy up by putting away clutter, toys, and picking up laundry. Put away any important documents and valuables. If we will be changing your linens, we ask for you to leave a fresh set of sheets on the bed for us and fresh towels in the bathroom. No worries if you don't have the time to do this, we're ready to tackle the messes and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.

WHO WILL BE CLEANING MY HOME?

Each home is assigned a cleaning professional for your reoccurring maintenance. Each member is extensively trained so that you will be happy every time they visit.

WHEN WILL MY CLEANING PROFESSIONAL ARRIVE?

We do not guarantee a specific time. Each job is assigned a time frame so we may arrive within the allotted time. We never rush any home we do. We treat every house with the same attention to detail and respect you deserve for consistent and immaculate results.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN IN MY HOME?

Our staff is extremely conscientious and respectful of your home. We are fully bonded and insured for what we do to protect you. If however something is damaged while we are cleaning; if we cannot fix it or replace it an insurance claim will be filed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control so If you need to reschedule for any reason; we understand and recommend that you call us as soon as you know you need to cancel. We charge 50% of the cleaning appointment for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning time and for lockouts respectively to help cover our staff's travel costs, wages as well as a wasted appointment.

MY HOUSE CLEANING FALLS ON A HOLIDAY; WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE CANCELLED?

If your appointment falls on a holiday that we will not be working we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

DO YOU HAVE WEATHER RELATED CLOSINGS?

Yes. We believe that safety comes first and will contact you if this is the case and you will be rescheduled.
